Meet Sukhjeevan Chahal, Edmonton Lawyer

Sukhjeevan Chahal, originally from India, has called Alberta home since he migrated to Canada. A graduate in Management and Law, he was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta Bar in 2015. He founded the firm Chahal Law, which is now known as Chahal Law.

Before founding Chahal Law, Sukh had over 20 years of professional experience and had held senior roles working for the Indian Government in the areas of public policy and governance. He has represented the Union of India in various courts at the Provincial/National levels. His role included providing legal support to various regulatory and enforcement agencies functioning under the Defence of India Act, Food Safety Laws, Land Acquisition Act, and Urban Estate Laws.

Sukh has practice concentration in Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial/Business Law, Family Law, and Divorce.
